In the Morning Sun

In the morning

in the morning in the morning sun (oooh)

In the morning sun - light finally shine on me

Once upon a time when all just began

I Will always remember

those brightly sparkling eyes

Sea rise sea falls back at peace

Timeless movement

The wisdom hidden in the past

In the morning sun I see your face

In the morning sun I see myself

Finally shine on me - inside and out

Even if I can't save myself

I might - save somebody else

Wanted so badly to sing about happiness

As if sorrow - had gone away

But my words can't go there today

I always feel I failed you

I try so hard to give you - space

In the morning sun I see your face

In the morning sun I see myself

Finally shine on me - inside and out

Even if I can't save myself

I might - save somebody else

So when I see my words fall off that wall

I have to hide and cry in the dark

Tying a thread of yarn to find my way back home

Fooling the Minotauros residing in my heart

in the morning in the morning sun

in the morning in the morning sun

Even if I can't save myself

I might - save somebody else
